Baked Ziti with Ricotta

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ziti pasta

  • 2 cups marinara sauce

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1 cup mozzarella, shredded

  • ½ cup parmesan

  • 1 lb ground beef or Italian turkey sausage

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tsp Paramour “Around Town”

  • Salt & pepper

  • Fresh basil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until just under al dente. Drain.

  2. Brown beef with onion + garlic; season with Paramour spice, salt & pepper.

  3. Combine marinara sauce and beef mixture.

  4. In a baking dish, mix pasta, sauce mixture, ricotta, and half the mozzarella.

  5. Top with remaining mozzarella + parmesan.

  6. Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes until bubbly.

Tips

  • Add spinach or mushrooms to boost nutrients.

  • Let sit 10 minutes before cutting so the slices hold shape.
