Ingredients

1 lb ziti pasta

2 cups marinara sauce

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup mozzarella, shredded

½ cup parmesan
-
1 lb ground beef or Italian turkey sausage

1 onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced
-
2 tsp Paramour “Around Town”

Salt & pepper

Fresh basil (optional)
Instructions

Cook pasta until just under al dente. Drain.

Brown beef with onion + garlic; season with Paramour spice, salt & pepper.

Combine marinara sauce and beef mixture.

In a baking dish, mix pasta, sauce mixture, ricotta, and half the mozzarella.

Top with remaining mozzarella + parmesan.

Bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
Tips

Add spinach or mushrooms to boost nutrients.

Let sit 10 minutes before cutting so the slices hold shape.
