Beef & Potato Hash

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 3 medium potatoes, diced small

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 green pepper, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tsp Paramour “Spicy Affair”

  • Salt & pepper

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet; add potatoes. Cook 10–12 min until golden and soft.

  2. Add onion, garlic, and pepper; cook 3 more minutes.

  3. Add beef, Paramour spice, salt, and pepper; cook until browned.

  4. Toss and crisp everything together 3–5 more minutes.

Tips

  • Serve with fried eggs for a breakfast version.

  • Swap potatoes for sweet potatoes for a sweeter flavor.
