1 lb ground beef

3 medium potatoes, diced small

1 onion, chopped

1 green pepper, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp Paramour “Spicy Affair”

Salt & pepper

2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Heat oil in a skillet; add potatoes. Cook 10–12 min until golden and soft.

Add onion, garlic, and pepper; cook 3 more minutes.

Add beef, Paramour spice, salt, and pepper; cook until browned.

Toss and crisp everything together 3–5 more minutes.
Tips

Serve with fried eggs for a breakfast version.
