Ingredients

Instructions

1. Make the "Delicious" Brittle

  1. Prep: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat and lightly spray it with cooking oil.

  2. Melt Sugar: In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, water, and corn syrup. Heat over medium-high heat until the sugar dissolves and the mixture begins to boil.

  3. Caramelize: Cook without stirring (swirl the pan gently if needed) until the mixture reaches a deep amber color (300°F/150°C on a candy thermometer).
