Cauliflower Tacos with Avocado Lime Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp Paramour “Side Piece”

  • 8 small corn tortillas

  • 1 avocado

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt or vegan alternative

  • ½ cup shredded red cabbage

  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Toss cauliflower with olive oil and Paramour spice until coated.

  2. Roast at 425°F for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway.

  3. While cauliflower roasts, blend avocado, lime juice, and yogurt until smooth for the sauce.

  4. Warm tortillas. Assemble tacos with cauliflower, cabbage, and drizzle avocado lime sauce on top. Garnish with cilantro.

Tips

  • For extra crunch, add toasted pepitas or nuts.

  • Use gluten-free tortillas if desired.
