Creamy Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta (linguine or spaghetti)

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • 1 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup light cream (or half & half)

  • ¼ cup grated parmesan

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 2 tsp Paramour seasoning

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Parsley to garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until al dente — reserve ½ cup pasta water.

  2. Season shrimp with 1 tsp Paramour.

  3. Sear shrimp in oil/butter → 2 min per side (don’t overcook). Remove.

  4. In same pan: sauté garlic 30 sec → add cream + parmesan.

  5. Add pasta water gradually to reach silky texture.

  6. Stir in 1 tsp Paramour + lemon juice.

  7. Fold shrimp back in and toss with pasta.

  8. Garnish parsley + cracked pepper.
