Ingredients

12 oz pasta (linguine or spaghetti)

1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

1 tbsp olive oil + 1 tbsp butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup light cream (or half & half)

¼ cup grated parmesan
-
Juice of ½ lemon
-
2 tsp Paramour seasoning
-
Salt & pepper to taste
-
Parsley to garnish
Instructions

Cook pasta until al dente — reserve ½ cup pasta water.

Season shrimp with 1 tsp Paramour.

Sear shrimp in oil/butter → 2 min per side (don’t overcook). Remove.

In same pan: sauté garlic 30 sec → add cream + parmesan.

Add pasta water gradually to reach silky texture.

Stir in 1 tsp Paramour + lemon juice.

Fold shrimp back in and toss with pasta.

Garnish parsley + cracked pepper.
