Creamy Shrimp Orzo

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • 1½ cups orzo pasta

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • ½ cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)

  • 2 tsp Paramour “Spicy Affair”

  • Salt & pepper

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook orzo according to package directions; drain and set aside.

  2. Season shrimp with Paramour spice, salt, and pepper.

  3. In a skillet, heat butter + olive oil. Sauté shrimp 2–3 min per side until pink; remove.

  4. Add garlic and tomatoes to pan; cook 2 min.

  5. Add broth + cream and simmer 3–4 min.

  6. Stir in cooked orzo, return shrimp to skillet, and toss gently.

  7. Finish with parsley.

Tips

  • Add spinach for extra nutrients.

  • For less heat, use Paramour “Delicious” instead.
