Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (preferably 80/20)

1 tsp Delicious Seasoning

4 slices American cheese (or your choice)

4 brioche burger buns, toasted

Pickles, lettuce, tomato (optional)

1 tbsp neutral oil (for griddle or skillet)
Instructions

Divide ground beef into 4 loose balls — do not pack tightly.

Heat griddle/skillet over medium-high with oil.

Place meat balls on hot surface and smash flat with a spatula.

Season each patty generously with Delicious Seasoning.

Cook 2–3 minutes per side until crispy edges form.

Add cheese on top of patties just before removing.

Assemble with toasted buns and desired toppings.

Serve immediately while hot and juicy.
