Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 tbsp granulated sugar (optional, depending on berry sweetness)

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 tbsp powdered sugar

½ tsp vanilla extract

4–6 shortcake biscuits, pound cake slices, or vanilla cake — crumbled

2–4 tbsp Paramour Spice Co. Sweet Dessert Topping
Instructions

Prep the strawberries:
Toss sliced strawberries with granulated sugar. Let sit 10 minutes to release juices. -
Make the whipped cream:
Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until soft peaks form. -
Assemble your layers:
In parfait glasses or small mason jars:-
Spoon in a layer of strawberries

Add a swirl of whipped cream

Sprinkle a layer of cake crumbs

Dust with Sweet Dessert Topping
Repeat until glasses are full, finishing with whipped cream + extra topper for garnish.
