1½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

1 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

12 oz green beans, trimmed

1 tbsp lemon juice

Parsley, chopped
Instructions

Season steak bites with Paramour spice + salt.

Heat oil in skillet over high heat. Sear steak bites 2–3 minutes until browned; remove.

Add green beans to pan, sauté 5 minutes until tender.

Add butter + garlic; cook 1 minute until fragrant.

Return steak bites, toss with lemon juice and parsley.

Pat steak dry before cooking — it guarantees a good sear.
