Greek-Style Yogurt Chicken Pitas

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast strips

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tsp Paramour spice

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 4 pita pockets

  • Fresh toppings: lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion

  • Optional: hummus or tzatziki

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken minimum 30 min (up to 24 hrs):
    Yogurt → tenderizes & helps spices stick.

  2. Heat grill or skillet to medium-high.

  3. Cook chicken 4–5 min per side until 165°F internal temp.

  4. Warm pitas briefly → prevents tearing.

  5. Fill pitas with chicken + your toppings.

  6. Add tzatziki/hummus if desired.
