1 lb chicken breast strips

½ cup Greek yogurt

1 tbsp lemon juice

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp Paramour spice
-
½ tsp salt
-
4 pita pockets
-
Fresh toppings: lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion

Optional: hummus or tzatziki
Instructions

Marinate chicken minimum 30 min (up to 24 hrs):
Yogurt → tenderizes & helps spices stick. -
Heat grill or skillet to medium-high.

Cook chicken 4–5 min per side until 165°F internal temp.

Warm pitas briefly → prevents tearing.

Fill pitas with chicken + your toppings.

Add tzatziki/hummus if desired.
