Grilled Lamb Chops with Mint Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients

  • 8 lamb chops

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp Paramour “Delicious”

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Instructions

  1. Rub lamb chops with olive oil, Paramour spice, salt, and pepper. Let sit 10 min at room temp.

  2. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill chops 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest 5 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, mix yogurt, mint, lemon juice, and garlic in small bowl.

  4. Serve chops with a dollop of mint yogurt sauce.

Tips

  • Serve with roasted potatoes and grilled vegetables.

  • For extra flavor, marinate lamb chops overnight.
