8 lamb chops

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp Paramour “Delicious”

Salt and pepper

1 cup Greek yogurt

2 tbsp fresh mint, chopped

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 garlic clove, minced
Instructions

Rub lamb chops with olive oil, Paramour spice, salt, and pepper. Let sit 10 min at room temp.

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Grill chops 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix yogurt, mint, lemon juice, and garlic in small bowl.

Serve chops with a dollop of mint yogurt sauce.

Serve with roasted potatoes and grilled vegetables.
