Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sriracha
-
1½ tsp Paramour “Spicy Affair”

1 tsp olive oil

2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with foil and grease lightly.

In small bowl, whisk honey, soy sauce, sriracha, and Paramour spice.

Place salmon on baking sheet, brush glaze evenly on top. Let marinate 10 minutes (optional but recommended).

Bake for 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.

Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Tips

For crispy edges, broil 1–2 minutes at the end but watch closely.

Pair with steamed jasmine rice and sautéed greens.
