Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp sesame oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp ginger, grated

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar or honey

2 tsp Paramour “Spicy Affair”

1 cup shredded carrots

2 green onions, sliced

Sesame seeds for garnish

Cooked white or brown rice, to serve
Instructions

Heat sesame oil in skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant (~1 min).

Add ground beef and Paramour spice. Cook, breaking apart, until browned (~7-8 min).

Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar; simmer 2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.

Serve over rice, topped with shredded carrots, green onions, and sesame seeds.
Tips

For more veggies, add steamed broccoli or snap peas.
