Paramour-Spiced Lentil Shepherd’s Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup green or brown lentils, rinsed

  • 2 cups vegetable broth

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 carrots, diced

  • 1 cup peas (fresh or frozen)

  • 2 tsp Paramour “Delicious”

  • 4 cups mashed potatoes (prepared with butter & milk)

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook lentils in broth until tender (~25 min). Drain excess broth if any.

  2. Sauté onion, garlic, carrots in oil until soft (~7 min).

  3. Mix cooked lentils, veggies, peas, and Paramour seasoning in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Transfer lentil mixture to baking dish. Top evenly with mashed potatoes.

  5. Bake at 375°F for 20 min until top is golden.

  6. Let cool 5 min before serving.
