Ingredients

1 cup green or brown lentils, rinsed

2 cups vegetable broth

1 tbsp olive oil

1 onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 carrots, diced

1 cup peas (fresh or frozen)

2 tsp Paramour “Delicious”

4 cups mashed potatoes (prepared with butter & milk)

Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook lentils in broth until tender (~25 min). Drain excess broth if any.

Sauté onion, garlic, carrots in oil until soft (~7 min).

Mix cooked lentils, veggies, peas, and Paramour seasoning in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Transfer lentil mixture to baking dish. Top evenly with mashed potatoes.

Bake at 375°F for 20 min until top is golden.

Let cool 5 min before serving.
