Pork Tenderloin Medallions

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced into 1-inch medallions

  • 2 tsp Delicious Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • ¼ cup broth or white wine

  • Optional: fresh thyme

Instructions:

  1. Pat medallions dry → season both sides generously.

  2. Heat oil in skillet; sear pork 3 min per side.

  3. Remove pork; whisk mustard + broth into pan to deglaze.

  4. Return pork → simmer 2–3 min until cooked (145°F).

  5. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

Why it works:
Tenderloin cooks fast and stays lean — seasoning delivers rich flavor without fat.

Tips:
✅ Don’t overcook — pork is best slightly pink
✅ Add wine + reduce for a restaurant-style pan sauce
