Roasted Red Pepper Hummus Wrap

Ingredients

  • 2 large whole-grain wraps

  • ½ cup hummus

  • 1 roasted red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 cup baby spinach

  • ½ cup shredded carrot

  • 1 tsp Paramour spice

  • Optional: olives or feta

Instructions

  1. Spread hummus on wraps; sprinkle Paramour spice into the base layer.

  2. Add peppers, spinach, carrot (+ feta if using).

  3. Roll tightly → slice in half.
