Ingredients

2 large whole-grain wraps

½ cup hummus

1 roasted red bell pepper, sliced

1 cup baby spinach

½ cup shredded carrot

1 tsp Paramour spice

Optional: olives or feta
Instructions

Spread hummus on wraps; sprinkle Paramour spice into the base layer.

Add peppers, spinach, carrot (+ feta if using).

Roll tightly → slice in half.
