6 ripe tomatoes, quartered

1 onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tsp Paramour seasoning

2 cups vegetable stock

Optional: 2 tbsp cream
Instructions

Roast tomatoes + onion + garlic with oil & 1 tsp Paramour → 425°F for 20 min.

Blend until smooth → add stock to reach desired thickness.

Heat + season with remaining Paramour.

Stir cream at end if using.
