Roasted Tomato Basil Soup

Ingredients

  • 6 ripe tomatoes, quartered

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp Paramour seasoning

  • 2 cups vegetable stock

  • Optional: 2 tbsp cream

Instructions

  1. Roast tomatoes + onion + garlic with oil & 1 tsp Paramour → 425°F for 20 min.

  2. Blend until smooth → add stock to reach desired thickness.

  3. Heat + season with remaining Paramour.

  4. Stir cream at end if using.
