Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

2 tsp Paramour “Side Piece”

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt & pepper
Mango Salsa:

1 ripe mango, diced

½ red bell pepper, diced
-
¼ red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced

Juice of 1 lime

2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

Pinch salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Rub salmon with olive oil, sprinkle with Paramour spice, salt, and pepper.

Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes until flaky.

Meanwhile, combine all salsa ingredients in a bowl. Let sit to meld flavors.

Serve salmon topped with fresh mango salsa.
Tips

For crispy skin, pan-sear salmon skin side first before baking.
