8 oz elbow macaroni

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp flour

1 ½ cups milk

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp Side Piece Seasoning (plus extra for topping)

½ cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

Melt butter in a saucepan; whisk in flour to form a roux.

Slowly add milk, whisking until smooth and thickened.

Stir in cheese + Side Piece Seasoning.

Combine cheese sauce with pasta and transfer to baking dish.

Top with breadcrumbs + a pinch more seasoning.

Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbling.
