Side Piece Corn Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 4 ears fresh corn

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1–2 tsp Side Piece Seasoning

Instructions:

  1. Trim ends, carefully slice each cob into quarters lengthwise.

  2. Toss with oil + seasoning.

  3. Roast @ 450°F for 20–22 mins until curled & browned.

  4. Optional: lime + cotija cheese.
