Ingredients:

2 ripe pears, halved and cored

1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup

½ tsp Paramour Spice “Spicy Affair Seasoning” (if you like a little heat)

1 cup Greek yogurt

A handful of chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Optional: fresh mint leaves
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).

Place pear halves on a baking sheet cut-side up. Drizzle each with honey/maple syrup, and sprinkle the Paramour “Spicy Affair” seasoning.

Roast for ~15-20 minutes until pears are soft and caramelised.

Divide yogurt into serving bowls, top with roasted pears, sprinkle nuts, and add mint if using.

Serve warm or slightly cooled.
