Spice Spiced Honey-Roast Pears with Yogurt

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe pears, halved and cored

  • 1 Tbsp honey or maple syrup

  • ½ tsp Paramour Spice “Spicy Affair Seasoning” (if you like a little heat)

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • A handful of chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

  • Optional: fresh mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).

  2. Place pear halves on a baking sheet cut-side up. Drizzle each with honey/maple syrup, and sprinkle the Paramour “Spicy Affair” seasoning.

  3. Roast for ~15-20 minutes until pears are soft and caramelised.

  4. Divide yogurt into serving bowls, top with roasted pears, sprinkle nuts, and add mint if using.

  5. Serve warm or slightly cooled.

Why it works:
This is a simple dessert (or even a sweet brunch option) that pairs the natural sweetness of pears with a subtle spiced kick from the Paramour seasoning. Light, elegant, and quick.
