Spiced Mango Chicken Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp Paramour spice

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice

  • 1 fresh mango, diced

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • Lime wedges

  • Optional: cilantro

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with Paramour + salt.

  2. Cook in skillet on medium-high → 4–5 min per side.

  3. Build bowls: rice → chicken → mango → peppers.

  4. Squeeze lime + sprinkle a pinch more Paramour spice.
