Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked lentils

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1 cucumber, diced

  • ¼ red onion, minced

  • 1–2 tsp Spicy Affair Seasoning

  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil

  • Juice of ½ lemon

Instructions:
