Sweet Potato Fry Bowls

Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, sliced into fries

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • ¾ tsp salt

  • 1–2 tsp Paramour “Side Piece”

  • 2 cups mixed greens

  • ½ cup black beans (rinsed + drained)

  • Optional lime crema:

    • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt + 1 tsp lime juice + pinch Paramour spice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven → 425°F.

  2. Toss fries with olive oil, salt + Paramour seasoning.

  3. Spread single layer on sheet → crispier edges!

  4. Roast 20–25 min, flip halfway.

    • Tip: Broil 2 min at end for restaurant-style crisp.

  5. Build bowl: greens → fries → beans → drizzle lime crema.
