2 medium sweet potatoes, sliced into fries

1 tbsp olive oil

¾ tsp salt

1–2 tsp Paramour “Side Piece”

2 cups mixed greens

½ cup black beans (rinsed + drained)

Optional lime crema:

3 tbsp Greek yogurt + 1 tsp lime juice + pinch Paramour spice

Instructions

Preheat oven → 425°F.

Toss fries with olive oil, salt + Paramour seasoning.

Spread single layer on sheet → crispier edges!

Roast 20–25 min, flip halfway.

Tip: Broil 2 min at end for restaurant-style crisp.

Build bowl: greens → fries → beans → drizzle lime crema.
