Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced thin

  • 2 tsp Paramour “Spicy Affair”

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • ½ cup teriyaki sauce

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 2 cups cooked rice

  • 1 cup steamed broccoli

  • 1 carrot, shredded

  • 1 green onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken, season with Paramour spice, stir until browned.

  2. Pour in teriyaki + honey; simmer until sauce thickens (3–5 min).

  3. Build bowls: rice → vegetables → chicken → extra sauce → green onions.

Tips

  • For crispy chicken, lightly dust pieces with cornstarch before cooking.

  • Sub rice with cauliflower rice for lower carbs.
