Turkey Meatballs in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 egg

  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 tsp Paramour “Delicious”

  • Salt & pepper

  • 2 cups marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)

  • Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix turkey, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, Paramour spice, salt, and pepper. Form into 18–20 small meatballs.

  3. Place meatballs on baking sheet lined with parchment; bake 20 minutes.

  4. Warm marinara sauce in saucepan. Add cooked meatballs and simmer 10 minutes.

  5. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.

Tips

  • Serve over spaghetti squash or whole wheat pasta.

  • Freeze leftover meatballs for quick meals later.
