Turkey Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers, tops cut & seeds removed

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)

  • 1½ tsp Paramour “Around Town”

  • Salt & pepper

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a skillet, cook onion + garlic until fragrant.

  3. Add turkey, season with Paramour spice + salt + pepper, cook until browned.

  4. Stir in rice + tomato sauce; simmer 5 minutes.

  5. Stuff peppers with mixture, top with mozzarella.

  6. Bake 30 minutes until peppers are tender.

Tips

  • Swap turkey for ground chicken or Impossible meat.

  • Add a dash of Paramour spice to the cheese layer for extra flavor.
