Ingredients

4 large bell peppers, tops cut & seeds removed

1 lb ground turkey

1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)

1 onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)

1½ tsp Paramour “Around Town”

Salt & pepper

½ cup shredded mozzarella
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a skillet, cook onion + garlic until fragrant.

Add turkey, season with Paramour spice + salt + pepper, cook until browned.

Stir in rice + tomato sauce; simmer 5 minutes.

Stuff peppers with mixture, top with mozzarella.

Bake 30 minutes until peppers are tender.
Tips

Swap turkey for ground chicken or Impossible meat.

Add a dash of Paramour spice to the cheese layer for extra flavor.
