Vegetable Stir-Fry with Tofu

Ingredients

  • 14 oz firm tofu, pressed and cubed

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 cup snap peas

  • 1 carrot, julienned

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tsp Paramour “Around Town”

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • Cooked jasmine or brown rice

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden on all sides (~6-7 min). Remove and set aside.

  2. Add remaining oil, sauté garlic and vegetables 4–5 minutes until crisp-tender.

  3. Return tofu to pan. Stir in Paramour spice, soy sauce, and sesame oil; cook 2 more minutes to combine flavors.

  4. Serve over rice.

Tips

  • Add chopped cashews or sesame seeds for crunch.

  • Use tamari for gluten-free option.
