Ingredients

14 oz firm tofu, pressed and cubed

2 tbsp vegetable oil

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 cup snap peas

1 carrot, julienned

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp Paramour “Around Town”

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

Cooked jasmine or brown rice
Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add tofu cubes and cook until golden on all sides (~6-7 min). Remove and set aside.

Add remaining oil, sauté garlic and vegetables 4–5 minutes until crisp-tender.

Return tofu to pan. Stir in Paramour spice, soy sauce, and sesame oil; cook 2 more minutes to combine flavors.

Serve over rice.
Tips

Add chopped cashews or sesame seeds for crunch.
